VRTL Space Benefits Summary

  • INSURANCE - VRTL Space offers a 100% compensated, no deductible, gold-tier health insurance for our consultants and their entire family (Medical, Dental, Vision).  No deductible means your 90/10 co-pay benefits kick in immediately.
  • BONUSES - Signing bonus issued with first paycheck.  Additionally, all VRTL Space consultants enjoy a 10% minimum annual bonus for satisfactory customer and company performance with objective escalators for above and beyond performance; up to an additional $10,000.
  • EQUIPMENT - Company provided stipend for laptops every 2-years, up to $2,500 per device every 2-years with $1 buy-outs for old equipment.  Additional company stipend for personal cell phone and hotspot usage (up to $60 / mo).
  • TIME-OFF - 1-month paid time off available after your first 90 days with the company.
